Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be happy with Deeplo. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.

What is eligible

  • The first payment of any monthly Deeplo plan (Drop, Mist, Storm, Ocean).
  • Annual upgrades, refunded pro-rata if requested within 30 days.
Renewal payments after the initial 30-day window are generally not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent further renewals — your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.

How to request a refund

All Deeplo payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and choose the refund option.
  3. Or, email us at support@deeplo.app with your order ID and we'll process it for you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations vs refunds

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period. You will keep access to all paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please reach out before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See Paddle's refund policy for additional information.
