Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Deeplo ("Deeplo", "we", "us"), the operator and seller of the Deeplo service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Deeplo provides smart short links, deep links to native mobile apps, customizable link-in-bio pages, QR codes, and click analytics. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to use Deeplo to distribute malware, phishing pages, illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, content that harasses or threatens others, spam, or anything that violates applicable law. We may suspend or remove links that violate this policy without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the destinations, titles, bios, and assets you publish through Deeplo. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

Some features are available only on paid plans. Plan terms, limits, and pricing are described at the point of purchase and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a Deeplo subscription you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, and refund mechanics.

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users. Upon termination, your links will stop resolving.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of analytics, or the behavior of third-party destinations linked through Deeplo.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deeplo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
